we are a small bakery at the end of the paddock in a factory in Nõula, where we bake sourdough bread, breads and small pastries. in addition to bread, we also care a lot about high-quality coffee and cooperate with local farmers and other organic producers. we always make everything fresh the same morning, so the bakers start their working day at four in order to have the first batch of fresh pastries ready by eight o’clock. we bake throughout the day, so in most cases (if available) you can also pick up a fresh loaf of bread at lunch.

we are aware that we can change the world through our own actions and that big changes start from small steps. we are committed to making our footprint smaller and smaller, so that our house will always remain sustainable. we understand that we are only at the beginning of our journey, but definitely on the right track.
